I believe my strengths are as follows:
I have always done the cost estimating and construction administration for the projects I have been involved in.
I have experience with renovation of older structures such as Hope Valley Country Club [1920's) which involved wood and masonry structure and matching complex wood moldings.
I have also completed historic renovation of structures at Stagville for NC Dept. of Cultural Resources.
I am familiar with working in the context of a campus; East Carolina Univ., Duke Univ., Duke Medical Center, UNC-CH, Fayetteville State, and Naval Bases.
I can begin work on your project quickly and can move to construction documents in a timely manner. I am very interested in doing renovation/addition work.
Check lists are used at each stage of construction documents to ensure high quality.
I take an aggressive approach to solving problems when they occur.
I am a local consultant familiar with the construction practices in the area and with local contractors. This will mean a more realistic design and quick response to the needs of the project.
I am not afraid to get my hands dirty.
